Pay rent our house is going up for a sherriffs sale on the 20th of this month. Landlord never gave us a notice like he was sopposed to 2 months prior. If we do have to pay rent who do we pay to protect ourselves as Tenants so we don't be a foreclosure victim and so our family doesn't end up homeless??? Respond asap please....
